Thank you letters with annual receipts

Happy New Year!

For churches and charities, it’s soon time to send out annual receipts. “How can I connect with donors?” people ask. People open the annual receipt letter or email. Include a joyful update letter!

Please, please, please don’t just sent a receipt without a letter. If you work for a charity, you may find it hard to imagine that churches might do this, but they do.

Here’s links to a three-part series on thank you letters and annual receipts that I sent out last year, all in one place.

Click on the images to see the posts, or go to my blog at www.lgreesor.com/blog and search for ‘receipts’ (or ‘abc’!) Other fun searches are ‘pray’ and ‘generosity’.

If you’re looking for a good read on generosity, please check out my book Growing a Generous Church: A Year in the Life of Peach Blossom Church.

Blessings as you thank God for the generous people who support your church or charity’s work!
